Before submitting a work order for any repair issues, check these simple repairs first. Below is a list of frequent repairs that can be fixed immediately to save time and repair fees.

  • Electrical Issues

    Did you know you can overload the electrical outlet? Sometimes when this happens, it trips the breaker. Here is a video on how to reset the breaker. WATCH VIDEO

    Water leak under the sink? Shut off valve to stop leak. If still leaking, shut off valve by hot water heater. WATCH VIDEO
